Registration and bib numbers pick-up
- Every participant must have their ID while collecting bib number and goodie bag.
- If a person is colLecting a number and a bag for a friend, he must have copy of their ID.
- Participants should check contents of goodie bag right after the pick up. Bags will not be refilled later.
- Every participant under the age 18 must provide the written consent.
- Information about the bib number pick up will be published before the event date.

DISTANCES, CHANGES TO PARTICIPANT DATA
Changes can be made up to 7 calendar days before the event by email ([email protected]) with proof of payment.
Only registered participants may request changes.
A €10 service fee applies to all changes, except medical cases with documentation.

Other Changes
Club name, shirt size, and similar changes incur a €10 service fee (subject to availability).

Medals
Every participant that will successfully cross the finish line will be awarded with a special medal.
Numbers
BIB number must be pinned on the T-shirt in the chest area. Number must be visible to judges and other participants. It must not be cut, broken, folded or damaged in any way.
Cloak room
- On the day of the event, participants will be able to leave their belongings in the cloak room in Cathedral Square.
1.1 Participant’s belongings shall be separated by placing a sticker with the participant’s number on the shoulder strap of the bag or other prominent place.
1.2 Only one bag may be left in the cloak room per Participant.
1.3 It is forbidden to leave single items (phone, keys, etc.) in the cloak room unless they are placed in a bag.
1.4 The Participant must hand over his/her belongings to the Volunteer. The Organiser is not responsible for the safety of the items if the bag is left on the table.
1.5 Participants must retrieve their belongings from the cloak room immediately after the finish.
Toilets
On the event day participants will be able to find bio toilets in the Cathedral square
